What we use and why
The form asks for your name, email address and project description. We use this information to answer your enquiry and take pre-contractual steps at your request, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For general enquiries and protection against misuse, we rely on our legitimate interest in communicating and keeping the service secure, under Article 6(1)(f). Required fields are necessary to submit the form. You may contact us by phone or direct email instead. Please do not submit identity documents or sensitive personal information.
Hosting and delivery
Hostico hosts the website and contact mailbox. The form sends your message over encrypted SMTP to the studio contact mailbox. The hosting and email provider processes technical data needed to operate the service, including access logs. The form does not automatically copy messages to other email providers or subscribe visitors to marketing.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are retained for no more than 12 months after the last exchange. Project correspondence is retained as needed for the contract and applicable legal obligations. The form does not store message content in a separate database. Technical protection stores request identifiers and cryptographic fingerprints; duplicate-request records expire after 24 hours and are removed on the next processing operation. Technical logs and backups follow the hosting provider’s security and recovery cycles and are retained only as needed for these purposes and legal obligations. Deletion from active systems may precede removal from backups through their rotation.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email zorlescualexandru@yahoo.ro or zorlescualexandru92@gmail.com. You may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, at www.dataprotection.ro. We do not use the form for solely automated decisions or profiling.
Cookies and external links
The website works without analytics cookies. Your analytics choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage, under za.analytics-consent.v1, for 180 days. External links, including WhatsApp, open other services only when you follow them; those services have their own policies.
Optional statistics — Google Analytics
Only when you choose ‘Accept analytics’ do we load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. The legal basis is your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). We measure pages viewed, device and browser, referral source, approximate geographical area, scrolling and contact actions. Online identifiers are pseudonymous; we do not send names, email addresses or form content to Analytics. Page URL query parameters and fragments are excluded from the data sent. We record the server’s acceptance of a contact form without the enquiry details. Google Signals, remarketing and advertising personalisation are not enabled.
Duration and withdrawing consent
The _ga and _ga_* cookies are configured to last no more than 180 days, without automatic renewal on every visit. User-level and event-level Analytics data is retained for two months; aggregated statistical reports may remain available longer. You can decline or withdraw consent at any time through ‘Cookie preferences’ in every page’s footer. Choosing ‘Without analytics’ stops measurement and removes Analytics cookies from that browser. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Blocking or clearing browser storage may require a new choice.
Processing by Google
Google and its service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA, under Google’s processing terms and applicable transfer mechanisms. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses for visitors in the EU, Switzerland and the UK; these are used to derive approximate location.
