What we use and why

The form asks for your name, email address and project description. Phone and location are optional. We use this information to answer your enquiry and take pre-contractual steps at your request, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For general enquiries and protection against misuse, we rely on our legitimate interest in communicating and keeping the service secure, under Article 6(1)(f). Required fields are necessary to submit the form. You may contact us by phone or direct email instead. Please do not submit identity documents or sensitive personal information.

Hosting and delivery

Hostico hosts the website and contact mailbox. The form sends your message over encrypted SMTP to contact@zorlescuarchitecture.ro. The hosting and email provider processes technical data needed to operate the service, including access logs. The form does not automatically copy messages to other email providers or subscribe visitors to marketing.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are retained for no more than 12 months after the last exchange. Project correspondence is retained as needed for the contract and applicable legal obligations. The form does not store message content in a separate database. Technical protection stores request identifiers and cryptographic fingerprints; duplicate-request records expire after 24 hours and are removed on the next processing operation. Technical logs and backups follow the hosting provider’s security and recovery cycles and are retained only as needed for these purposes and legal obligations. Deletion from active systems may precede removal from backups through their rotation.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email contact@zorlescuarchitecture.ro. You may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, at www.dataprotection.ro. We do not use the form for solely automated decisions or profiling.

Cookies and external links

Public pages do not use analytics or advertising trackers or set tracking cookies. Carousels operate within the page. External websites open only when you follow their links and have their own privacy policies. This notice will be updated if we introduce services that change how data is processed.
