Zorlescu Architecture is an architecture practice led by Alexandru Zorlescu. We develop space, comfort and construction details together, from the first idea.

The whole is present in the detail.
A plan organises more than rooms. It brings together movement, views, light and relationships. A construction detail carries those intentions into the meeting of actual materials.
Structure and building physics inform our architectural decisions. Collaboration with specialist engineers keeps those decisions coordinated as the project develops.

The starting point is your way of living, your priorities and the site. We establish the questions the project needs to answer.

Plans, sections and spatial studies turn those questions into options. Light, movement, privacy and the landscape are considered together.

The architectural proposal develops in dialogue with the structural and building services engineers. Details are part of the overall design.

Follow through
Drawings are developed with construction in mind. The agreed architectural involvement on site helps carry the design intentions into the built work.
Stages, deliverables and involvement are agreed for each project.
