Our studio is in Corbeanca. We work in Bucharest and Ilfov and take on projects across Romania. The brief, stages and required disciplines are agreed for each investment.

We prepare the architectural documentation for the applicable approval procedure and coordinate it with the disciplines included in the appointment.

We establish the necessary studies and consents, who prepares them and who follows the applications. Decisions are made by the competent authorities.

We develop the junctions between spaces, construction elements and equipment before the work begins.

Technical design and details: drawings, reports, specifications and the other documents relevant to the appointed disciplines.

We agree communication with the construction team and how changes will be recorded. Designer, contractor and site supervisor have distinct responsibilities.

What does an architectural design offer include?
The brief, design stages, disciplines, deliverables and programme. Fees follow the agreed scope, and the offer identifies studies or third-party services separately.
Can you coordinate the complete project?
We coordinate architecture with structural and building-services designers. The appointment identifies each discipline, its deliverables and responsibilities.
Do you carry out construction works?
Our service is architectural design and agreed design support during construction. A separately appointed construction team carries out the work.
Investment and housing
Apartment buildings.
For an apartment building or residential development, the discussion starts with the site, the intended apartment types and the relationship between private and shared spaces. Access, parking and outdoor spaces are considered alongside the possibilities of the site.
The portfolio includes apartment building proposals in Gorj and Târgu Jiu. The renderings show architectural intentions; for a new investment, the brief, capacity and design scope are established from the information about that site.

Education
Education, from nursery to school.
A nursery, a kindergarten and a school begin with different users and activities. The brief relates classrooms, arrival, care, support spaces and the outdoor area, for either a new building or the transformation of an existing one.
The nursery design in Cocorăștii Colț includes four group rooms on the ground floor. The portfolio also includes a kindergarten in Stoina, a kindergarten renovation in Hațeg and the energy renovation of a high school in Constanța county.

Public life
Sport, culture and community.
A sports hall, a cultural building or a park is designed around its activities and users. We discuss the programme, access, relationships with neighbours and how the spaces will be managed.
