Expertise

See the whole.
Design every detail.

Concept, structure, performance, detail and construction inform one another throughout the architectural process.

01 / Architecture

Begin with the place.

The site, the way you want to live, light and privacy establish the first questions. Plans and sections explore how the spaces can support these relationships.

02 / Coordination

Decisions that meet.

A structural element, a window opening and a services route affect the same space. Architectural coordination brings these questions into dialogue with the specialist engineers.

Responsibilities and specialist design scopes remain clearly defined within the project team.

03 / Performance

Comfort belongs in the concept.

Orientation, the envelope and the relationship between openings and shading are architectural decisions. They are considered alongside the desired performance from the beginning.

04 / Detail and construction

The drawing continues on site.

Material junctions, the sequence of work and the dimensions of components are part of the design. The architectural involvement during construction is defined for each commission.

The design stages

An idea becomes information for building.

Brief and concept

We begin with the site, the brief and the urban planning conditions. Sketches and spatial studies establish the architectural direction before the project is developed in detail.

DTAC · Construction authorisation documentation

The technical documentation supports the application for a construction permit. Architecture, structure and building services are coordinated with the applicable requirements. The urban planning certificate specifies conditions and required approvals; it does not itself authorise construction.

DTAD · Demolition authorisation documentation

Where demolition is required, the technical documentation supports the application for a demolition permit. The documentation itself is not permission to start work.

DTOE · Site organisation documentation

Temporary site arrangements, access, facilities and protection measures are addressed through the site organisation documentation, according to the work and the applicable requirements.

PT + DE · Technical design and execution details

The technical design and execution details develop the authorised proposal into information for construction. Drawings, specifications and coordination with the specialist designers define the components and their junctions.

Construction and handover

Architectural assistance during construction is agreed for each commission. The investor has responsibilities for reception and the construction technical book; the parties involved provide their respective records. The scope of each appointment remains clearly defined.

The scope, sequence and deliverables are defined for each project. References reviewed on 9 September 2026: Legea 50/1991 · OAR — Architect’s missions · HG 343/2017 · HG 172/2024
