We start with the site or existing building, your priorities and the investment budget. We clarify the brief: which spaces are needed, how they will be used and which questions need answers.
02Design & coordination
We develop the design through plans, sections and material choices. We coordinate the architecture with the structure and building services included in the agreed design scope.
03Permits & technical details
We establish the agreed documents and stages from the outset. Permit documentation, technical design and construction details have distinct contents and roles.
04During construction
