About the project
The project proposes a contemporary reinterpretation of the church, drawing on recognisable forms and an architectural expression reduced to its essentials. The vaulted volume, tower and cross define a clear silhouette with white surfaces and continuous geometry.
A generous opening marks the entrance, where glazing and solid elements compose the sign of the cross. Narrow windows and stained glass introduce colour and light against the restrained envelope.
At the opposite end, the curved volume and cross-shaped opening continue the same idea of simplicity. The proposal explores a place of reflection whose atmosphere is shaped by form, light and proportion. The images are architectural visualizations of the design.
