The Zorlescu Architecture portfolio includes projects in Corbeanca and Bucharest as well as Gorj, Prahova, Olt and Dobrogea. Each location has its own conditions. We begin with the locality, available documents, photographs and what you want to build or change.
A guesthouse in Valea Doftanei and a clinic extension in Gorj raise different opening questions. Use, existing buildings, access and the site determine the information needed.
What can be discussed remotely.
Online meetings can help clarify the brief, compare options and review plans. We use the same revision and record decisions: what stays, what changes and what requires further information.
Photographs and videos help explain a place, but required measurements and assessments need the appropriate specialists. A facade photograph cannot establish the structural condition of an existing building or the feasibility of an extension.
Agree site visits at the beginning.
We clarify the visits included in the appointment, when they are needed and how additional travel is handled. We identify contacts for the client, design team and construction team, with an agreed communication process.
A site question needs a location: drawing and revision, position in the building, overview and close-up photographs, and verified dimensions. This helps the design team understand the issue and request missing information.
Make decisions available to the whole team.
After a change, identify the affected documents and the revision to use. A message group can support communication, while recorded responses and drawings keep the design traceable.
Before starting, we agree stages, responsibilities, deliverables and an indicative programme. Visits and specialist involvement are adapted to the project and appointment.
