Suspended house

About the project
Design

The project explores a dwelling suspended within a mountain landscape. An elongated volume, transparent elevations and externally expressed structural diagonals form a continuous frame for the view. The roof terrace extends this direct relationship with the horizon.

Inside, the living space is conceived as an open setting where conversation, dining and music share one envelope. White surfaces, dark accents and reflections in the glazing add depth while allowing the landscape to become the dominant presence.

The exterior and interior renderings develop a common idea: an architecture that places the experience of looking at the centre of inhabiting.
