About the project
The project in Săcelu, Gorj, brings together seven bungalows and a multifunctional building with a lower ground floor, ground floor and attic level. Accommodation is combined with reception, restaurant and outdoor leisure spaces on a sloping site.
Gabled volumes with timber and metal finishes open towards the landscape through glazing and terraces. The documentation includes a pool, gazebo, playground and enclosure. The renderings show the architectural and landscape proposal.
Accommodation distributed between separate buildings
The complex comprises a multifunctional building and seven bungalows, complemented by a pavilion, pool and playground. Shared functions are combined with separate accommodation units. The renderings show gabled volumes on sloping ground, connected by outdoor paths to each other and to the leisure spaces.
Reception, restaurant and services
In the main building, the 27.52 m² reception and hall occupy the ground floor alongside a 54.38 m² restaurant room and terrace. The lower floor includes a 21.28 m² kitchen, 54 m² restaurant, stores, changing space and staff facilities. This arrangement explains the central building’s role in serving the wider complex.
Bungalow layouts
For six bungalows, the brief details a 20.09 m² living room and 3.83 m² bathroom downstairs, with an 11.40 m² attic bedroom. Each of these six units has 35.32 m² of usable space, distributing sitting and sleeping across two levels. Separate bungalow volumes complement the central building with a more intimate accommodation scale.
Main-building rooms and leisure spaces
The main building’s attic contains two bedrooms of 21.50 and 15.31 m², bathrooms and balconies. The pool and playground complement accommodation, while an 11.86 m² pavilion provides a separate outdoor space. Terraces and balconies are described as open-air areas rather than indoor accommodation.
